Boa Hancock, Lala Deviluke, Rukia and Chitoge join the J Stars Victory VS rumble

Move over, boys. The ladies are taking the spotlight in this latest update to J Stars Victory VS!


A recent magazine scan reveals the four latest additions to the J Stars cast and they all promise to bring a rather feminine touch to this shounen slug fest.

The scan shows the newest fighters to this all-out brawl to be the the sultry “Pirate Empress” Boa Hancock from One Piece joins the main battle cast while To Love-Ru’s mischievous alien princess Lala Deviluke, shinigami ice princess Rukia Kuchiki from Bleach and the tsundere “fake” girlfriend Chitoge from Nisekoi… and yes, that’s her slapping the heck out of Vegeta.


The girls join an already stellar cast which includes Son Goku and Vegeta from Dragon Ball, Naruto and Sasuke from Naruto, Luffy from One Piece, Kenshin Himura from Rorouni Kenshin, Medaka Kurokami from Medaka Box, Gintoki Sakata from Gintama, Gon from Hunter X Hunter and more.



The scan also reveals the release date for the highly anticipated fighting game so set your dates people because J Stars will hit Japanese shelves next year, March 19, 2014. It will be released for the Play Station 3  and the PS Vita with both limited and regular editions. The PS3 regular costs 7,980 yen, the limited ed. PS 3 game will cost 10,980 yen, the regular Vita game will cost 6,980 yen while the limited ed. Vita game will cos 9,980 yen.
