Remember the time when Street Fighter 4‘s Sagat became so overpowered that he was nerfed? Well, in Ultra Street Fighter 4, that Over-Powered Sagat will be making a return.
Capcom’s official Saikyo X Kubusi blog has recently revealed a new mode for the upcoming Ultra Street Fighter 4 and it lets you play the characters from the past versions of Street Fighter 4. The new mode is called Edition Select.
You can select those overly powerful characters like Vanilla Sagat, Arcade Edition Yun, Super Street Fighter 4 Bison and many more with this new mode which basically lets you select the characters from the past versions before they were nerfed updated. It lets you select from Street Fighter 4, Super Street Fighter 4, Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition, Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition ver. 2012 and Ultra Street Fighter 4.
You can now have dream match-ups where you can certain versions of the characters against one another. Here’s the original version of Sagat (AKA Vanilla Sagat or OP Sagat) from Street Fighter 4 taking on Arcade Yun from Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition who is also considered over powered.
Well, that certainly makes things a lot more interesting. Capcom has also released the latest PV from the upcoming game which is scheduled for release June 2014 for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 and August 2014 for the PC.
