Kouhei Hirokoshi’s My Hero Academia, or Boku no Hero Academia, is one of the mangas many people want to see an anime adaptation of, and with reports swirling of an anime adaptation popping up here and there, the manga’s twitter page had big news for its fans… well, for a while at least.
The official twitter page announced that My Hero Academia will be getting itself a much-deserved anime adaptation, however, the tweet containing the announcement was taken down after a short while. It was previously revealed in this week’s Weekly Shounen Jump! issue (issue #48) that the manga will have a very important announcement in next week’s issue, and this may have been it. The domain name, ‘HeroAca.com’, has also been filed under the TOHO group.
The manga follows Izuku Midoriya, a boy who lives in a world filled with superpowered beings and dreams of being a hero, however, there is one problem, he has no powers at all!
