The official Bandai Visual YouTube channel has started streaming a brand new 30-second teaser trailer for the upcoming Space Battleship Yamato 2202: Warriors of Love, and it features the upcoming battles that the Yamato must face.
Those battles seem intense, huh? Susumu Koudai be like… I’m the Captain now! They also revealed a brand new poster visual for the upcoming anime.
The first part will be having a 2-week limited run in several Japanese theaters starting February 25, 2017. The story will be set a few years after the events of Space Battleship Yamato 2199, with characters like Susumu Kodai and Yuki Mori returning.
Its release would be very much like the release of Space Battleship Yamato 2199, which usually got a theatrical release first, and then would be released in home video a few weeks later.
