To capitalise on coincide with the release of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII in Japan, Hori is launching this rather gaudy-looking Metallic Red Dual Shock 3 controller for the PlayStation 3. The colour and design of the controller was said to be inspired by Lightning’s main costume in the game (the one with the sunglasses).
The Hori HPS-170 Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII Dual Shock 3 controller will retail in Japan for 3,980 yen including tax. Available on November 21, 2013 – the release date of the Japanese version in Japan and Asia.
