The official twitter page of the much-awaited Haruhu Suzumiya spin-off anime series, The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan, has finally announced the upcoming Spring 2015 anime’s premiere date, and it will be this April 4, 2015 at 1:30 am Japan time and will be broadcast in Japan by Tokyo MX.
The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan’s twitter page also posted several new artwork images featuring the cast of the series.
They look totally different the the original “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya” anime series, right? Well, Kyon does look as sarcastic as ever… You can also check out the anime’s new character designs through this link.
The anime adaptation of The Disappearance of Yuuki Nagato-chan was announced in a very mysterious way last December 2013 when a cryptic message suddenly appeared on the Haruhi.tv website. It is based on Puyo’s spin-off manga focusing on the Yuuki Nagato from “The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya” timeline where everybody is normal and Nagato is not an emotionless girl or kuudere.
