Bushiroad’s bestselling trading card game, Cardfight! Vanguard, is headed to the stage for a brand new play, and its cast members have finally been revealed in costume, including Suzuko Mimori, the voice actress behind Love Live!’s Umi Sonoda and Milky Holmes’ Sherlock Shellingford. They also revealed the play’s new visual:
The first character visual image features Suzuko Mimori as Kourin Tatsunagi, Ami Noujou as Misaki Togura, Shinta Sōma as Kamui Katsuragi, and Shūta Morishima as Shin Nitta.
The second character visual image meanwhile features Yume Takeuchi as Emi Sendou, Rio Takahashi as Katsumi Morikawa, Mashū Ishiwatari as Taishi Miwa, Daichi Tanaka as Yuuta Izaki, and Marina Horiuchi as Mai Tobita.
Titled Butai Cardfight!! Vanguard – Virtual Stage, the play will run from January 5 – 11, 2016 at the AiiA 2.5D Theater in Tokyo, and will be adapting the story of the anime’s first season into a live-action play.
