The very first issue of Weekly Shounen Jump! magazine for 2016 has made several huge announcements, including the release date of the upcoming second Assassination Classroom live-action movie. Here’s a poster from the first movie:
According to the magazine, the second movie is slated to premiere on March 25, 2015 in Japan, with advance tickets going on sale starting December 19, 2016. The first 50,000 people who purchase these advance tickets will be receiving an exclusive clear file folder.
The movie will be a direct sequel to the previous live-action movie, which was shown in Japan last March 21, 2015. It is based on Yusei Matsui’s bestselling manga of the same name, which of course is serialized in Weekly Shounen Jump!
