We are getting more Siscon goodness, as Dengeki Bunko has announced that Tsukasa Fushimi’s follow-up novel to his now-concluded OreImo light novels, Eromanga Sensei, is getting itself an anime adaptation, however, it was not specified whether it will be a TV anime, an anime film, a web anime, or an OVA.
Not much details have been specified thus far, however, expect to see them in the coming weeks.
The anime will follow high school light novel author, Masamune Izumi, whose works are illustrated by a mysterious artist who draws perverted images, Eromanga Sensei. He has never met his illustrator before, and aside from being an author and a student, he also has to take care of his shut-in little sister, Sagiri Izumi. However, as it turns out, Sagiri is in fact, Eromanga Sensei.
When discussing the difference between his two little sister heroines, Kirino and Sagiri, Fushimi commented, “I feel that Kirino from OreImo is a pure, innocent girl. This time, the heroine, Sagiri, may seem innocent, but she is quite dirty. I hope readers enjoy finding the differences between the two heroines.” Before the talk session ended, he gave one final comment, “I want readers to think, ‘The title is so embarrassing, but I’m glad I read this!’”
