We are getting a new TV anime for Is it Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, however, it seems like we are getting less Hestia, as this one will be a spin-off anime focusing on Aiz Wallenstein. The new anime will be based on Fujino Oomori’s spin-off light novels, Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Sword Oratoria.
The spin-off is considered the “Railgun of DanMachi,” and focuses on one of the light novels’ two main heroines, in this case, Aiz, which is much like the A Certain Series’ Railgun-spin-off for Mikoto Misaka.
The announcement was made during the GanGan GA Fest 2016 Spring event, which was recently held in Chiba, Japan. More announcements about this spin-off will be made in the days ahead.
