With its 23rd July premiere fast approaching, Accel World Project’s official YouTube channel has started streaming the first seven minutes of the upcoming Accel World: Infinite Burst movie, which was first shown during the Anime Expo 2016 event in Los Angeles, California.
Fans who want to watch the first seven minutes should do it fast, as the video will only be available until 29th July.
The film will once again follow Haruyuki, Kuroyukihime, and the others, as they take on a brand new adventure. The story will feature an original story written by series creator, Reki Kawahara, who is also responsible for Sword Art Online.
Slated to premiere on July 23, 2016, Accel World: Infinite Burst will also feature a new theme song by KOTOKO x ALTIMA titled “PLASMIC FIRE.” The group is comprised of two of the groups which performed theme songs for the anime, ALTIMA, which performed the anime’s “Burst The Gravity” OP song, and KOTOKO, who sang the 1st ED song, “→unfinished→.”
