Hideaki Sorachi’s Gintama is getting itself its very own live-action movie, and they really aren’t trolling people like they usually do! Recently, fans visiting the Toei Kyoto Studio Park, which is a theme park where live-action samurai movies are usually filmed, have noticed something very familiar…
Look familiar? That’s because this is Snack Otose, which is where Otose’s shop is located, and is also the same building where the Yorozuya have their office.

Weekly Shounen Jump! previously confirmed who will be playing Gintoki, and it will be none other than Lupin III star, Shun Oguri. It also confirmed that live-action Hentai Kamen director, Yuichi Fukuda, will be directing the film. The film is scheduled to premiere in 2018.
