The Wonder Festival (WonFes) may be about figures, plastic models, and garage kits, but yesterday’s big event also featured plenty of cosplay. As expected, cosplayers once again made their to Chiba’s Makuhari Messe for the Winter edition of WonFes, and they showed that the figures aren’t the event’s only highlights.
