An advance copy of the next issue of Young Gangan Magazine has revealed some very big news for Ritz Kobayashi’s mahjong manga, Saki. According to the scan, the series will be getting itself its very own live-action project.
According to the leaked announcement, the live-action Saki project will be adapted into both a movie and a TV drama. The TV drama will be airing late at night starting December 2016, while the live-action movie is slated to premiere sometime in early 2017.
Not much details have been revealed on the new live-action project so far, but more will surely revealed in the days ahead, so stay tuned for more announcements, such as the staff, cast, and trailers.
