Re:Zero’s anime adaptation is now over, and we’re pretty sure that anime fans want to find out what’s gonna happen next to Subaru, Emilia, Rem, Ram, and the rest of the gang. An ad in Tokyo’s Akihabara Station has a solution for fans who want to continue the story of Re:Zero:
According to the ad, the story of Re:Zero isn’t over just yet, and the TV anime’s “sequel” is in the light novels, and announces the release of Vol. 9 on September 23 and the release of Vol. 10 on October 25.
The anime is based on the light novels written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichirou Otsuka. The series also has a manga adaptation, as well as a new game coming up for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. No anime sequel has been announced thus far, but as the ad states, the sequels are in the books.
