CoroCoro Magazine reveals the new Pokedex and the gym leaders" new look for Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby

New magazine scans from the latest issue of CoroCoro magazine have revealed plenty of new information about the upcoming Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire games, including the new Pokedex, new looks for Hoenn’s gym leaders and half of the Elite Four, and Pikachu’s various “transformations” for shows.

The new Pokedex seems to be patterned after the Gameboy Advance, which the original Ruby and Sapphire versions were released on.


The scans also reveal several of Pikachu’s various forms which seem to be for Pokemon contests. “Madame Pikachu”, “Hard Rock Pikachu”, “Idol Pikachu”, “Doctor Pikachu”, and “Masked Pikachu” have all been revealed, ain’t they just too cute?

As mentioned earlier, several of the gym leaders’ new designs have been revealed. Here are Roxanne, Brawly, Wattson, Flannery, and Norman, which will be the first five gym leaders the player will be facing in his/her quest to be the Pokemon Champion.

Also revealed are the new designs for two members of the Elite Four, Sidney (Dark) and Phoebe (Ghost) as well as Steven who will be using the newly-revealed Mega Metagross

Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Pokemon Omega Ruby will be released simultaneously worldwide on November 2014 for the Nintendo 3DS.
