Nippon Ichi Software (NIS)’s The Guided Fate Paradox is getting a sequel titled Kamisama to Unmei Kakusei no Kurosuteze or simply The Guided Fate Cross Thesis and it has just been announced that the game will feature some surprising guests.
The dungeon-crawler RPG for the PlayStation 3 by NIS will be featuring guest appearances from Haruhi Suzumiya, Shana and five members of Love Live!’s μ’s, Honoka, Hanayo, Nozomi, Nico, and Eli.
The game’s artwork is designed by renowned character designer Noizi Ito who has made the artwork not only for the original game, The Guided Fate Paradox, but also Shakugan no Shana and the Haruhi Suzumiya light novels. The guest appearances by Shana and Haruhi in the game are thanks to her participation. The two guest characters will be playing a role in several scenarios in the game, but not much has been revealed thus far.
While the burning eyed flame haze and the SOS Brigade leader/GOD may be at home at the game’s fantasy environment (Haruhi would go crazy in fact), not much can be said about the μ’s from Love Live! who will be making an appearance in one of the game’s sub-scenarios. So far, only Honoka, Hanayo, Nozomi, Nico, and Eli have been confirmed. In the game, they will somehow be playing real muses, which are considered the goddesses of music.
The Guided Fate Cross-Thesis is scheduled for release September 25, 2014 for the PS3 and is now available via Amazon.co.jp. The game’s standard edition costs 5,871 yen while the limited edition will cost 7,707 yen.
