The Pokemon Global Trade Station (GTS) has now made history as it has now reached its target 100 millionth Pokemon trade, and to celebrate that landmark achievement, they have now released the special Fancy Pattern Vivillon for everyone all over the world to enjoy.
The special Pokemon is now available for free via the Nintendo Network and will only be available for Pokemon X and Pokemon Y. Fancy Pattern Vivillon will only be available from today, July 8, 2014 until July 31, 2014 so trainers better hurry if they want to get their hands on it.
Pokemon Global Link has also announced a step-by-step guide on how to get this special Pokemon. Here it is:
Step 1. Connect your Nintendo 3DS system to the Internet.
Step 2. Select Mystery Gift on the main menu.
Step 3. Select Receive Gift, then Yes.
Step 4. Select Get Via Internet, then Yes.
Step 5. Watch as you receive Fancy Pattern Vivillon!
Step 6. Speak to the delivery girl in any Pokémon Center to receive your Vivillon.
Step 7. Be sure to save your game!
